This week has been a lazy one!
After a hard block of training a week of rest was required. The only exeption was a nice steady 5h ride with rob at afan. The weather was pretty bad and it seemed like we were riding in the clouds all day.... but i'd rather be no where else.
This weeks is scheduled to be a monster.. hopefully the forcast snow won't affect it..
