After the Ras I had three days of easy riding/ rest.
Thursday night I raced at MK bowl. The week before the Ras I was nearly dropped after 45mins, this week I was 12th after moving from the back to the front of the bunch in the last 1km… things are looking up.
Since then my life has followed a pattern:
Wake up
Walk dog
Eat
Work
Eat
Train
Eat
Walk dog
Sleep
Repeat
I’m feeling better for it though, no more wasted miles. This weekend I’m warming up for 24/12 with the Thetford summer series 4h Enduro.
