Canada calling

On thursday i finally fly to canada for the BC Bike race!
The race begins with a short prolouge around vancouvers north shore on saturday morning before the race begins for real on Vancouver island on sunday. I'm really excited about going away. The trails in canada are awesomeand its a great opportunity to test myself again some pro's.

Hopefully the form will be ok. I've struggled to get back into training since the 24hour national championships, i dug a bit deeper than i realised! BC bike race should be great training for 24twelve though.

Next time i blog i will be in canada!
